Yes — if you’re responsible for a workplace (including rented or shared office space), you’re legally required to have a “suitable and sufficient” fire risk assessment. Even small businesses or hybrid setups must comply.

It’s simple and flexible. We guide you through a live video call (usually on Google Meets) where you show us around your office using your phone or laptop. We ask questions, review your layout, and follow up with a professional report within a few working days.

We visit your office in person to carry out the full assessment. That includes walking through key areas, checking fire exits, alarm systems, signage, emergency lighting, and reviewing any documentation you already have in place. A detailed report is then sent to you.

Yes — you can use our Booking Page to request a slot. Please note that all bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing via email.

We recommend reviewing your FRA annually, or sooner if:
There’s a change to your layout, staffing, or processes
New fire safety systems are installed
There’s been a fire incident or near miss

That’s very common, and not a problem. We take hybrid patterns into account during the assessment and recommend control measures based on the maximum expected occupancy at any one time.

Yes — every assessment includes a clear, easy-to-read report that outlines hazards, control measures, and any recommended actions. It’s suitable for internal records, insurance purposes, or fire authority checks.

We accept payment at the time of booking for convenience, but if you need to arrange invoicing or have PO requirements, just let us know and we’ll work with you.

It helps to have the following available (if possible):
Floorplan or office layout
Any existing fire safety documents or your last FRA
Access to riser cupboards, fire exits, alarm panels, etc.
We’ll send you a short checklist once your booking is confirmed.
